The person will be responsible for complete driving and closing sales in an inside sales role.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on inside sales, relationship-driven sales, and deal closures
2. Understand Hofeto s services and positioning them to the clients
3. Do sales follow-ups to the closure of the sales cycle
4. Acquire new customers from assigned geography, and/or a set of names prospects
5. Lead & drive all aspects of the sales process
6. Achieve assigned sales targets
7. Meet assigned expectations for profitability
8. Achieve new account acquisition targets
9. Interact with customers and prospects is through meetings, phone on a regular basis

1. 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales and Relationship Sales
2. Extreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality
3. Ability to work well under pressure and to work independently with minimal supervision
4. Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently
5. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
6. Street-smart, Extrovert & good negotiation skills
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sales closure).
