About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Calling the leads provided in the CRM and understanding their requirements of career up-skilling to pitch the right course as per their needs
2. Consistently achieving revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
3. Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers
4. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
5. Maintaining all customer interactions in the CRM
6. Managing all pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned leads
7. Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects
8. Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/ organizational objectives.
9. Understanding customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 21st Jan'22 and 25th Feb'22

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Should have decent exposure working with any CRM like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
