About the internship

1. Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
2. Work on maintaining good rapport with the clients of the company
3. Understand client requirements & provide services as required
4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
5. Handle and resolve customer complaints
6. Follow up on customer interactions
7. Manage & updating customer's accounts on a daily basis
8. Work on converting leads into business
9. Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
10. Record details of actions taken
