Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate leads for homes through property owners, brokers, and contractors
2. Propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
3. Work on a cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams across the organization
