About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries over chat
2. Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions politely they may have
3. Curate offering from different service providers, negotiate and provide brides with the best options to ensure closures
4. Work on vendor management (onboarding, calling, follow up)
5. Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, and email with clients and vendors
6. Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
7. Understand customer emotions and drive sales
8. Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits
9. Drive conversions by understanding customers' problems, and help the company achieve sales targets
