About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on relationship building with the major prospects in an assigned territory
2. Meeting individual and corporate goals and objectives
3. Maintaining consistent in-person contact with targeted prospects and key clients
4. Creating compelling content to approach the clients
5. Identifying major prospects and implementing strategies in an assigned territory to develop these accounts
6. Handling plenty of additional opportunities in related projects
7. Working on client mining, talent mapping
8. Working on marketing and brand building
9. Representing Peepal to various forums

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 21st Jan'21 and 25th Feb'21

3. are available for duration of 4 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. Result orientation and self-motivated

2. Go-getter attitude

3. Strong ethics and entrepreneurial mindset

4. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

5. Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets through effective selling techniques

6. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

7. Ability to work independently and pursue leads with tact and perseverance

8. Exposure to recruitment services sales is a strong plus
