About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
2. Present our company to potential clients
3. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
4. Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
5. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
6. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
7. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account
8. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
9. Handle complete sales and marketing activities
10. Innovate on shorter sales cycles, quicker follow up methods and better ways of conversion(notifications, messaging, email, in-person, etc.)
11. Research core problems affecting our leads and the market in general (sales offering is unique to every company and hence understanding what the customer needs is critical)

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per per sales (conversion)).
