About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Continuously monitoring NPS of the city
2. Making a plan to uplift NPS and executing it with the help of trainers
3. Monitoring training and making sure training is always more than 95% complete
4. Monitoring the quality of the city and ensuring partners are doing work as per the SOP
