About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Seek out new sales opportunities and follow-up on the leads
2. Call potential clients and listen to their concerns and requests
3. Create and design content for maximum customer engagement
4. Manage and handle all inbound calls and web chats whereby ensuring efficient lead management and support
5. Provide accurate information to customers on call/chats and ensure all details are captured completely and accurately
6. Ensure that 100% leads are attended to and catered to in a timely and professional manner
7. Generate new leads by cold calling, emails, and other sales channels
8. Provide the highest-quality support to our users ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
9. Work on the hand holding the clients through the entire sales lifecycle
10. Gather product feedback from clients and deliver feedback to the product team for enhancements
Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 23rd Nov'20 and 28th Dec'20

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from Bangalore, Mumbai and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests
