Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop sales opportunities by researching and adding more retail and institutional customers
2. Visit the market (hotels, restaurants, shops, cafes) with other team members to maintain and add customers and take orders
3. Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
4. Work on cold calling
5. Handle product marketing
6. Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects
7. Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
8. Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
9. Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell
10. Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms and prepare sales order forms and/or reports
