About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
2. Understanding customers' needs & recommend them with suitable solution.
3. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
4. Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
5. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
6. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
7. Up-selling products and services.
8. Closing sales and achieving sales targets

Requirement:
1.Exceptional customer service skills
2.Good verbal communication skills (English)
3.Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
4.Strong listening and sales skills.
Earn certifications in these skills
