Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work as the first point of contact to the authors & generate new leads
2. Work with authors to help them understand about our publishing Services
3. Explain customers about the publishing services and the different packages that are available
4. Help authors choose the right publishing package based on their needs and the goals for their book
5. Assist authors during the complete publishing phase and help them make vital decisions to create an amazing book
6. Handle the sale of publishing packages and services to authors who want to purchase them
Skills & Requirements:
1. Highly sales driven inclination
2. Enthusiastic and energetic
3. Go-getter attitude
4. Hindi & Tamil language known would be an added advantage.
5. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
6. Publishing knowledge and experience
7. Quick learner with the ability to multi-task
8. Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
9. Demonstration of experience working in a customer service environment
