About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Helping our team to develop and implement innovative, low-cost, creative marketing strategies
2. Helping in developing innovative new agri- products and services based on customer needs and market trends
3. Conducting marketing campaigns in Pondicherry, Chennai, and Bangalore markets
4. Helping in increasing our customer base in Chennai, Bangalore, and Pondicherry
5. Developing presentations, product documentation, and funding proposals

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1500 per incremental monthly sales by rs. 100,000).

About Gratitude Farms

Gratitude Farms is an agri-tech social business that specializes in organic farming and aquaponics. We have the first commercial aquaponics farm in Pondicherry. We work with retired soldiers to train them in organic farming and then market their produce in Pondicherry; with aims to expand our sales to Chennai and Bangalore in the next few months. We have also set-up an organic farming and aquaponics center of excellence for short and long training, urban rooftop organic gardening workshops, student workshops - with an aim of spreading the knowledge of organic farming far and wide.
