About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company
2. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts
3. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
4. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications
5. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services
6. Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals
7. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner
8. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
9. Suggesting solutions based on customer s needs and requirements
10. Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings
11. Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details
12. Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items
13. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time
14. Noting important details of each conversation
15. Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing
16. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales
17. Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations
18. Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions
29. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
