About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Calling D-day guests pre-check in
2. Identifying key issues causing low realization at every property
3. Working on property audit, ensuring property basics are in place: map links, SMS directions, photos, and staff audit
4. Working on customer engagement to increase booking extensions
5. Taking responsibility for realization targets for the cohort of properties assigned to them
