About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prospecting and lead generation with new and potential clients, primarily SMBs to large brands/big corporates
2. Conducting competitor analysis and market research
3. Maximizing sales revenue by up-selling and cross-selling
4. Working on expanding growth opportunities through new business & developing cordial, long-lasting relationships with customers
5. Working on driving the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to deal closure
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns with the objective of opening doors and establishing new business engagements



1. Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in B2B/corporate sales/IT sales/SaaS sales is preferred
2. Passionate to make career in Corporate Sales/B2B Sales.
3. Go-getter attitude with a strong passion for sales
4. Exceptional communication skills - written & verbal
5. Excellent presentation skills
6. Outstanding negotiation skills
7. Strong listening, questioning, and networking skills
8. Ability to work independently with big/emerging and established brands
9. High-level comfort in a fast-paced, startup environment
10. Self-oriented and highly motivated sales-driven attitude
11. Ability to wear multiple hats - sales/service/retention

Note:

1. Stipend during the internship: INR 15,000/month
2. Salary range in a full-time role: INR 2,52,000 to 3,00,000
