Key roles and responsibilities include:
1. Search for leads via online and offline channels, build a connection with them and convert the potential leads into permanent clients
2. Connect with the existing clients via various methods like calls, emails, messages, etc. for any follow-up queries, requirements, and repeat business
3. Meet high-end builders and clients, understand their needs and requirements, and accordingly meet them to close the business
4. Work on extensive LinkedIn marketing to tap potential residential and commercial clients, setting up meetings with them and accordingly bringing business
5. Engage with top-notch magazines and get our projects published
6. Attend networking events and expand our reach in the industry

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale).
