About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Define and develop lead generation strategies & marketing plans for new accounts to further penetrate existing accounts
2. Present company service offerings to prospective clients, client consultation and development of proposals
3. Maintain an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, both in-person and by phone, continuously assessing and communicating with them
4. Develop and execute sales presentations to potential clients
5. Create proposals for providing staffing services and customized to prospective clients needs
6. Develop and implements sales plans and associated activities
7. Coordinate with our recruiting team & facilitating introductions between new clients & assigned recruiter to set up customized services according to clients specifications
8. Manage all existing and new accounts, ensuring clients needs are met, problems are solved, and issues are addressed
9. Initiate personal growth by understanding market trends, attending training programs, and actively networking

English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Office

5. Must have practical experience using MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel
