2. Generating direct customer meetings per month through different sources
3. Identifying opportunities on which to submit bids and feeding into the decision over whether to bid for the work
4. Devising a successful strategy for winning a bid, including pinpointing the unique selling points, knowing Katchin Tech's operating & profit margins, and understanding the clients' specific requirements
5. Researching, writing, and/or checking proposals
6. Working with key members of the project team and the client organization to obtain the information required to compile the bid
7. Assessing and addressing the technical and commercial risks relating to the bid they are working on
8. Responding to clients' and other stakeholders' queries before, during, and after the bid has been submitted
9. Working on online bidding and sales platforms
10. Using different sales strategies, for example, email, LinkedIn groups, social media marketing, network contacts, etc.
