Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call existing and potential customers and set up meetings with management
2. Onboard new customers through consultative sales
3. Build a database of new customers through cold calling
4. Manage client expectations and deliver on requirements
5. Manage customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
6. Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
7. Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
8. Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
