Responsibilities:
1. Conduct sales calls to prospective students, understanding their needs and counseling them on course offerings.
2. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive enrollment and revenue growth.
3. Provide one-on-one counseling sessions with students, guiding them through the course selection process.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for student outreach.
5. Follow up with leads from various channels (calls, emails, inquiries) and convert them into enrollments.
6. Support the sales team by preparing and delivering presentations on course benefits to potential students.
7. Assist in managing relationships with enrolled students, ensuring their needs are met.
8. Attend online webinars and events to generate leads and promote our AI courses.
9. Analyze daily sales data and provide insights to optimize performance.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
