About Telecom Sector Skill Council
Telecom Sector Skill Council, a non-profit industry-driven body set up under the aegis of the NSDC strives to create a viable ecosystem by implementing an 'integrated approach' by prioritizing initiatives that can have a catalytic effect. We function to develop a competency-based framework of world-class excellence for skill development and quality assurance of personnel in the telecom sector. We work to narrow down the existing gap between demand and supply of skills by increased collaboration between the three primary stakeholders i.e. HR, industry, and academia-skill. We have certified 45 lacs personnel in 150 trades, trained 24,000 trainers, accredited 500 training organizations, and covered the whole country progressively over a period of 10 years by signing MOUs with around 200 industries.

We are committed to develop world-class skilled manpower and ensure adequate availability of an ecosystem that ensures best of class skills training to boost growth and productivity.

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work as part of the sales team
2. Partner with sales, operation and regional teams to research and resolve sales inquiries
3. Work on cold calls and generate leads
4. Follow up on leads
