About the internship

UrbanCompany has just launched its bite-sized painting category to cater to the demand of the low ticket size market. Focusing on customers who want service on an instant basis. We are a bunch of enthusiastic professionals working towards building this category ground up. We are looking to hire business development associates to expand our team and maximize growth.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on funnel conversion levers to maximize the growth that directly impacts the business and revenue of the category
2. Run sales operations for select cities to drive numbers and collect insights to ensure category development

We are launching a video consultancy option for our customers, so if customers book the service then we have to go on a video call with a customer to listen to their queries and resolve their queries.

Who are we looking for?
1. Folks with a highly motivated and goal-oriented attitude
2. Individuals working with a high degree of ownership
3. Great communication skills (English is compulsory)
4. Willingness to learn and grow

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per basis of hirings/performance).
