We are seeking an efficient and highly productive individual who is self-motivated and flexible. This would be a high-frequency travel internship. Work in a fast-paced environment with pre-defined KPIs, travel across in pre-defined geo to explore, identify, negotiate, and onboard bus operators on redBus.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Travel across multiple locations within a defined Geo to onboard new bus operators
2. Manage and own the bus operator's on-boarding process from start to finish
3. Build relationships with new bus operators and convince them to partner with us
4. Ensure all appropriate approvals and required documentation have been received before approving onboarding requests
5. Handle bus operator objections to organization plans through effective relationship selling
6. Provide regular feedback on market visits and maintain accurate MIS

3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon, Raipur and neighboring cities

3. Ability to plan an effective travel schedule to generate maximized output from the visits done
4. Geo knowledge and understanding of the industry are preferred
