2. Provide technical and functional support to students through multiple channels of mail, social media, messengers, and unique campaigns
3. Ensure students use our software to improve their levels/skills through Gamified modules and achieve higher levels within the given timeline
4. Create a report and share it with the college stakeholders
5. Train faculties and students on how to use the software through monthly orientation and handholding sessions
6. Resolve queries raised by students and faculty in discussion forums, chats, emails, calls, and social media platforms
7. Running surveys and campaigns in campuses to capture student feedback of platform and learning requirements of users, share regular feedback with the core team on the platform, process, and content
8. Designing cool graphics, writing content and videos for campus users
9. Building a team of student coordinators, ambassadors & volunteers for effective user engagement and skill growth
