About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Organizing inbound leads, organizing data of businesses, organizing outbound leads, and handling outreaching & follow-ups
2. Understanding client requirements and following up with clients
3. Making proposals/estimates/follow-ups
4. Making contracts/invoices as and when needed
5. Liasioning with the development head and/or project manager and ensuring the client's projects are well-understood, and every detail is recorded in the project management platform
6. Ensuring the client and our development team is on the same page
7. Working on relationship management with existing clients
8. Offering free help to all past leads and trying to get more paid contracts
9. Handling follow-ups and feedback meetings with clients to secure the client's feedback and ensuring their happiness and comfortability with us
10. Ensuring CRM and all our applications are updated regularly
11. Preparing and maintaining the MIS

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 500000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 250 per sale).

Note: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, candidates will be paid 5 percent of generated revenue on target completion (at the end of the internship).
