About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients in B2B (corporates, wholesalers, resellers) and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering)
2. Utilizing databases, industry directories, trade shows, and networking to build a lead pipeline
3. Leveraging LinkedIn, industry forums, and referrals for targeted outreach
4. Initial Contact & Qualification: Reaching out via cold calls, emails, or in-person visits to introduce the product portfolio
5. Qualifying leads based on business size, purchase capacity, and potential fit
6. Gathering key decision-maker information (owners, procurement heads, F&B managers)
7. Needs Assessment & Product Presentation: Understanding client pain points and requirements (pricing, quality, bulk supply needs, delivery schedules)
8. Conducting product demos or sample presentations highlighting USPs and benefits
9. Tailoring offerings based on client-specific needs (customized packaging, special pricing)
10. Proposal & Negotiation: Drafting proposals with pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
11. Offering volume-based discounts or exclusive deals for long-term partnerships
12. Handling objections regarding pricing, payment terms, or supply chain concerns
13. Closing the Deal: Finalizing agreements/contracts ensuring mutual benefits
14. Confirming payment terms (credit, advance, post-paid cycles)
15. Establishing a supply and delivery schedule for seamless operations
16. Order Fulfillment & Customer Support: Coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries
17. Providing after-sales support for issues related to product quality, delivery, or billing
18. Ensuring proper invoicing and following up on payments
19. Relationship Management & Repeat Sales: Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction
20. Upselling and cross-selling products based on evolving needs
21. Offering promotional deals or exclusive discounts for repeat orders
