About the internship
SSBCRACKEXAMS is looking for an experienced Voice Process/Technical/Sales Support Specialist (Call/Chat/Email) to join our team! Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Educate customers and retrieve customer information
2. Plan, implement and manage sales educational workshops
3. Oversee sales training material and suggest improvements
4. Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
5. Call Support and inbound and outbound and educate students/aspirants about the online courses
6. Chat Support and inbound and outbound and educate students/aspirants about the online courses
7. Provide email marketing/campaign support
8. Work on product sales/knowledge transfer to the fellow aspirants/students who want to enroll the online courses

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
  1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
  2. can start the internship between 25th Mar'20 and 29th Apr'20
  3. are available for duration of 3 months
  4. have relevant skills and interests
** Women willing to start/restart their career can also apply.
Other requirements
  1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  2. Understanding of sales process, preferably with a customer service experience
