About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling client acquisition or business development. Will have to bring in new clients who have recruitment and staffing requirements to Zaib Staffing Solutions
2. Generating leads of prospective IT & Non-IT, SME clients
3. Establishing network of relationships with key decision-makers in small/medium & large-sized companies and ability to leverage these relationships for generating new business
4. Getting appointments & carrying out sales meetings with clients
5. Conducting detailed need analysis and identifying challenges at client side
6. Meeting & speaking to the Hr Heads of organizations and giving them an introduction about Zaib Staffing solutions
7. Working as a marketing and lead generation associate
