About the internship

The business development intern will be a driving force within our sales outreach. The internship also serves as a launch point for exploring multiple areas and opportunities in our rapidly growing organization. We are looking for outgoing candidates with the ability to learn quickly and execute with excellence, organization skills, attention to detail, and superior communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be organized, have a bias for action, and have a deep commitment to growth and learning. This role will involve a dynamic range of initiatives that have a tangible and significant impact on the company.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify potential clients, establish new prospective client relationships and drive new revenue for the company
2. Identify, generate and advance online leads
3. Organize and maintain a CRM network
4. Initiate and monitor sales through cold email campaigns
5. Work on the extraction of data
6. Handle cold e-mailing

Skills and other requirements:

1. Ability to communicate effectively in and across teams
2. Possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
3. Track record of results-oriented achievements and successful strategy execution
4. Detail-oriented organizational skills
5. Any UG/PG qualification

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per sale).
