Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport.
2. Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
3. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person.
4. Keeping healthy relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction
5. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the products and services
6. Writing reports and providing feedback to upper management about what is and is not working
7. Training and helping team members develop their skills
8. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
