About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents and corporates.
2. Set goals and determine action plans to meet those goals
3. Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly
4. Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
5. Develops travel plans and packages and pitches them to travel agents and other clients
6. Create customised tours and packages for clients and be able to execute them well
7. Work closely with revenue manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hostel
8. Ensure timely collection of Payments from clients before arrival
9. Roles and responsibilities can be modified depending on candidates skill sets and need of the hour
