About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make cold calls
2. Identify potential property owners, buildings and real estate developers
3. Arrange meetings with HNI clients, directors, developers, investors, etc.
4. Finalize deals for OYO to take over the property
5. Plan marketing strategy to achieve lead business goals (e.g. set goals, define positioning, etc.)
