1. We are looking for Business Development (BDE) person with 0 - 2 years of Experience in IT industry.
2. Education: MBA / BE / BTech
3. Skills- We are looking for someone who is young / Dynamic and someone with a pleasing / optimistic personality. Good written and spoken English.
4. Experience with Freelancer, Upwork, Guru Bidding Sites, good at cold calling, has good networks and can get in new prospects.
5. Understanding client requirements and working proactively with the client to make a solution.
6. Negotiating terms with clients, getting information about market and customer acquisition. Reviewing performance and meeting/setting targets.
The communication skills and energy level should be good in a candidate.Candidate should have Solutions-oriented thinking.
