About the internship

Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
2. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
3. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns
4. Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails

Added requirements

1. Must have knowledge about portals like Upwork, Elance, Guru, etc.

2. Excellent communication skills

3. 0-2 years of experience in business development

4. Strong Knowledge of any one of the portals like Upwork, Elance, Guru, etc.

5. Must have experience in writing proposal/costing/negotiations/prepare project schedules

6. Presentation skills and ability to handle clients

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and love technical challenges

8. Ability to motivate staff in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

9. Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast pace environment

10. Good working experience in effort estimation, client follow up, proposal writing, costing, negotiations, follow up & requirement gathering and a link between the development team and client
