As a business development associate, you will be the face of the company for prospective and current learners. As part of a result-driven team, you will be a key owner of revenue in the company.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connect and build relationships with interested learners, and drive admissions into both the Airblack Beauty Club and the Airblack Culinary Club
2. Assess and onboard potential customers via phone and offline events to discover their needs and develop a positive relationship with the customers
3. Work on executing sales visits, acquiring new customers, forecasting sales, and developing out of the box sales strategies
4. Work collaboratively with a team of peers, and drive team-level objectives
5. Provide relevant and articulate information about our programs to potential customers and build a strong pipeline for the company
6. Own customer relationships, and become the point of contact for customers throughout their membership duration
Note: Location is Chandigarh/Gurgaon; work includes 80% travel

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 500000 /year
