Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Outbound Tele-calling
2. Contact potential or existing donors to inform them about our campaigns using scripts
3. Answer questions about the fundraiser and the NGO
4. Ask questions to understand donor requirements
5. Direct prospects to the field team when needed
6. Enter and update donor information in the database
7. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
8. Handle grievances to preserve the NGO's reputation
9. Go the extra mile to meet the required target
10. Keep records of calls and note useful information

Requirements :
1. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role (Freshers welcomed too)
2. Ability to learn about our campaigns and describe/explain them to prospects
3. Excellent knowledge of any English/Hindi/Marathi/Guajrati/Tamil (English preferred)
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
6. Outstanding convincing skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
7. Minimum HSC pass (any medium)
