About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the development and execution of sales & marketing programs in various districts in the country
2. Ensuring a successful business development program executions and timely reporting
3. Communicating across organizations to maximize dealer enrollments and sales field engagement
4. Coordinating input from internal/external customers to better understand customer needs and/or perceptions for pricing, fit, form and function
5. Reviewing and meeting objectives through building business in the dealer service lane
6. Educating, training and assisting dealers wherever required
7. Working with dealers to improve profitability

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per sales recovery).
