About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
2. Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
3. Presenting our company to potential clients
4. Identifying client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
5. Customizing product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
6. Building long-term trusting relationships with clients
7. Seeking new business opportunities in the market
8. Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and account executives
9. Reporting to the business development manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
10. Staying up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Added requirements

1. Should have hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques

2. Should have familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)

3. Should have an understanding of sales performance metrics

5. Should have the ability to deliver engaging presentations

6. Hindi, English, and local language are compulsory

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of sales).
