Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate leads and identify potential opportunities with new and existing customers
2. Convert leads to paid customers with the help of different sales tools
3. Meet sales target, expand customer base and plan retention of existing customers
4. Register customer accounts by recording information of the customer for ITR filing, and PAN card registration
5. Keep track of customer queries and recurring issues
6. Activate customer account in the IT department online portal, e-verification of return filed of the customers
7. Update invoices and branch account management
8. Prepare trackers and sales analysis

Requirements (skills and specifications):

1. Proven sales experience
2. Demonstrate team spirit and ownership of the tasks
3. Microsoft Office Pro efficiency
4. Good written and oral communication skills
5. Negotiaton and interpersonal skills
