We are the team of 20+ people spread across India - our team consists of people from with strong entrepreneurial background and F&B experience. The team spent their time in understanding the restaurant business, their problems and how we can provide them a way out of it. In 2017 the team came out with many features that are must to run a successful restaurant but was missing in all of the solutions in the industry. The team decided to build an end to end management software for restaurants, any business is all about the digits & numbers, thus, we named it's as a CIFERON. In Esperanto Ciferon means DIGITS. So, we at Ciferon, decided to help restaurants, by building products that would help restaurants for their operation, management, finance, Customer engagement and to boost their sales & presence. In the past two years, we have built successful relationships with some of the top brands in India which include 1000+ outlets.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Undertake in-depth research to gather key information with respect to the F&B industry and interact with leaders and operators of F&B
2. Research and build "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling) to develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephonic canvassing, email, and networking specialize in research to be able to generate leads
3. Qualify leads from cold to warm to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
4. Work with the sales and sales support teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet targets
5. Ensure follow-up by passing sales qualified' leads to Sales Managers with complete nurturing data and expected actions and dates
6. Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, industry trends
