About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing & driving sales growth in the territories assigned
2. Establishing the daily targets of sales operations/sales representatives and reporting on achievements
3. Submitting daily team sales report with verified details of SO/SR working with the distributors
4. Working daily on following up and reporting of issues resolved and handled
5. Designing an optimal product basket for the channel formulating
6. Managing primary & secondary sales with the team
7. Planning the business with the team to meet the short term & long term goals which are in line with the overall organizational strategy
8. Identifying the gaps, relevant new opportunities & possibilities in the region for improving efficiency or growth and working on them to derive business growth
9. Developing the team regularly by 'work with and need-based timely reviews
10. Designing & suggesting various need-based engagement programs for trade and team and coordinating with the team
11. Steering business planning & performance management of channel partners, including development & execution of joint sales plans, local area marketing, staff coaching, recruitment, pipeline management, and hosting constructive meetings

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 16th Jun'21 and 21st Jul'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Sonipat, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Ludhiana, Lucknow and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 600000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of sales).
