About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
2. Answering questions about services of the company
3. Entering and updating customer information in the database
4. Taking and processing orders in an accurate manner
5. Handling grievances to preserve the company's reputation
6. Going the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
7. Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information
