1. Work on new customer identification and enrolment - consumer/agent/distributor/channel partners
2. Work on retail distribution gap analysis and suggest measures to cover the gaps
3. Perform availability surveys - product distribution (width & depth)
4. Price elasticity at the consumer level for milk
5. Gauge consumer brand preference within the specified geography
6. Sell milk through the retail channel (FMCG model) - channels/models/opportunities/challenges/support required
