About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build and manage productive & professional relationships with clients
2. Ensure clients are using and deriving benefits from IndiaMART
3. Ensure products/services in the client s e-catalogue are accurately defined
4. Maximize revenue by upselling other services
5. Work on achieving fortnightly and monthly client retention and revenue targets
6. Work on systematic follow-up and time-bound closures
7. Provide prompt resolution of complaints
8. Attend 4-5 in-person meetings daily (F2F) with clients onsite
