About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing a sound understanding of your healthcare domain service so as to enable the first level of
customer counseling in case there are queries from customers
2. Drawing out the market analysis of the services, trends/consumer behavior, pricing patterns, need gaps, etc.
3. Ensuring SOP adherence by HCPs
4. Preparing competition tracking for your domain service
5. Building & implementing robust service availing processes
6. Reaching out to the relevant healthcare service providers (HCP) (from a given database) and initiate long-term mutually beneficial relations
7. Working on vendor onboarding and product listing on the portal
8. Ensuring packages given are best in the online & offline space
9. Getting the packages customized based on our portal's real-time trend/need analysis
