About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engaging with our customers, providing exceptional service and support
2. Working on inbound call handling for queries
3. Replying to all incoming sales inquiry's in a timely, professional, and accurate manner received by phone, email, and other formats
4. Meeting monthly individual direct sales target
5. Working on successful completion of any outbound campaigns that are launched from time to time
