About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on calling and attending enquires generated through various sources
2. Managing negotiation processes and consulting buyers on market comparison study and prices
3. Understanding the buyer's needs and proposing solutions that suit them best
4. Fixing up meetings with the pre-determined leads
5. Working on the conversion of prospects into buyers by showing appropriate primary residential properties to them
6. Working closely with the internal CRM team to ensure a hassle-free after-sales service
7. Building trust, valuing others, communicating effectively, driving execution, and keeping the focus on the customers
8. Collaborating with others, solving problems creatively, and demonstrating high integrity
