1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, hotels, venues, wedding coordinators, and corporate clients.
3. Develop tailored proposals and pitches that align with client needs and showcase our creative capabilities.
4. Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
5. Represent the brand at trade shows, expos, and industry networking events.
6. Track sales performance, generate leads, and maintain a CRM for client follow-ups and conversion tracking.
7. Provide market insights and recommend strategies to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
