We are a legal consultancy firm providing services in all over India. We provide GST, income tax, regulatory and legal compliance-related services. We provide drafting of cases and appearance services in district-level courts, high courts and other state-level forums and tribunals, Supreme Court of India and other national-level forums and tribunals. We are also an expert in tax laws and handle related matters in the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Mumbai High Court, District Courts of Delhi, Debt Recovery Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, and other concerned tribunals and commission. We represent our clients in agreements, contracts, and transactions related litigations and suits. Apart from court services we also provide arbitration and conciliation consultancy services.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Meet and communicate with prospective business-clients in area/district assigned to introduce Lex Infusion -A Welfare Law Firm- and communicate its objective
2. Handover our retainer-ship packages to prospective business-clients
3. Attend prospective and existing client's queries/inquiries
4. Correspond with prospective and existing clients for the execution of contracts, payment follow-up, etc.
5. Register prospective business-clients as existing business-clients and issue them a provisional fee-invoice with mentioning online transaction details provided by them and get the service-agreement signed and dispatch to Head-Office, Delhi
6. Communicate with existing business-clients and prospective business-clients and ask them if they are facing any dispute or litigation with their operational/financial creditor or debtor
7. Receive any printed material from local business-clients and send it to head-office in scanned format or by post/courier as required
8. Coordinate with head-office in delivering legal services to the existing business-clients
9. For delivery of timely & effective legal services to existing business-clients, take self-decisions as required in a particular situation
10. Find out forums and courts available in the local area and start moving there on a daily basis and build relations with filing counter staff, notary, etc.

Additional Information:
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 1000 on every New Client Acquisition that you make or deliver.
Certificate, Letter of recommendation, Job offer (On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 4 Lac/annum).
